Founded by the late Shri Pranlal Bhogilal in 1927, this museum is located within the 2,200-acre Dastan Estate. It houses one of the world's largest and most significant private collections of vintage cars, motorcycles, and horse-drawn carriages. The institution serves as a living testament to the evolution of automotive engineering and the opulent lifestyle of Indian royalty.
The collection features over 100 meticulously maintained vehicles from brands like Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Mercedes, Cadillac, and Jaguar. It spans the early 1900s to the 1970s and includes utility vehicles, sports cars, and an array of traditional horse-drawn buggies.
Royal & Cinema Classics: The museum holds a 1923 Rolls-Royce Silver Ghost with a Victoria State Landau body and the first Maybach ever produced. It also preserves the specific car used in the 1982 film Gandhi and a 1927 Phantom I painted in the colors of the Indian national flag.
