Established in 1975, this museum is a tribute to the late V.K. Krishna Menon, India's former Defense Minister and a renowned diplomat. It is housed in a historic 200-year-old building on East Hill, which formerly served as the official bungalow of British Malabar Collectors.
The museum showcases personal memorabilia of V.K. Krishna Menon, alongside an art gallery featuring 66 paintings. The collection includes ivory objects, wood carvings, metallic sculptures, and artworks from the Bengal and Rajasthani schools of art.
V.K. Krishna Menon Memorabilia: Features rare items like a bronze medallion of Lenin, his diplomatic passport, and six ceremonial swords. It also houses a world-class collection of paintings by Raja Ravi Varma and Raja Raja Varma.
