Located in the Shivalik foothills of Hoshiarpur, this museum houses artifacts from Dholbaha, one of Punjab's oldest inhabited regions. The site reflects a continuous human presence from the prehistoric era through the medieval period. It was established to preserve local findings after significant archaeological discoveries in the 1960s.
The collection comprises Stone Age tools, fossils, and a vast array of sandstone sculptures. It primarily features relics from the Gurjara-Pratihara and Paramara dynasties (700–1200 AD).
Exquisite medieval sculptures of Hindu deities including a 10th-century head of Vishnu with a detailed crown and a sharp-featured stone Garuda, representing the high point of regional temple architecture.
