Located at Seeta Pahari within the Military College of Materials Management (MCMM) campus in Jabalpur, this museum chronicles the evolution of Indian warfare and logistics. It was founded to preserve the legacy of the Army Ordnance Corps, with roots tracing back to the early 20th century. The museum serves as a visceral record of India’s military advancement from the 18th century to the modern era.
The collection includes over 2,000 artifacts and 900 documents, featuring a vast array of small arms, machine guns, artillery pieces, and military memorabilia. It also houses galleries dedicated to special clothing and mountaineering equipment used in extreme terrains.
The museum houses the original execution order of Sepoy Mangal Pandey (1857) and the regal buggy of Maharaja Hari Singh of Kashmir, commissioned for his 1925 Raj Tilak ceremony.
