Inaugurated on December 27, 2016, this 93-acre botanical park is situated at the foothills of the Pandavleni Caves. It was developed through a collaboration between the Forest Development Corporation, Nashik Municipal Corporation, and Tata Trusts. The facility serves as a recreational and educational hub focused on forest conservation and environmental awareness.
The park houses a diverse collection of herbal plants, trees, and floral species such as agave, palms, asoka, and various fruit-bearing trees. It also features a specialized butterfly-themed landscape and a forest nursery.
The park features Asia’s largest "sound and light" laser show, titled "Katha," which utilizes advanced animatronics and light technology to narrate stories about forest conservation against a natural forest backdrop.
