Museum Introduction

Located at Ferozeshah in Ferozepur, this three-storied memorial was constructed in 1976 by the Punjab Government to honor the soldiers who fought in the Anglo-Sikh Wars. It serves as a tribute to the bravery displayed during the battles of Mudki, Ferozeshah, Sabhraon, and Chellianwala.

General Collections

The museum features a significant collection of weapons from the 19th century, including swords, shields, and muskets. The walls are adorned with large-scale paintings depicting key battle scenes and bronze inscriptions of historical quotes.

Unique Historical Collections

It houses a series of four massive oil paintings by renowned artist Kirpal Singh, which provide a detailed visual narrative of the major battles of the first and second Anglo-Sikh Wars.
